We teach and train our graduates using the learn by doing method. In the Taller del Constructor Popular they learn alternative and conventional techniques to build houses. In Café Alcatraz they participate in all stages of the production process of gourmet coffee, from planting and cropping, to roasting and packing. In a near future, they will take part in the distribution and selling of the product, which bears the name Café Alcatraz. With these tools they can easily get incorporated in the labor.

In addition, the Alcatraz Mothers Network has been created in order to extend the scope of the Project to the participant's families.
